Staying away from cinematic production, #blackway offers a hard-hitting, grimy score composed by Virginia Beach's very own blend master DJ Diz. Mike Mo and Diz came together with the purpose of creating music that the youth could comprehend while the older generation could get a breath of fresh air. With driven, sarcastic, honest and sometimes offensive lyrics carried out over sharp sample chops and thudding drums, #blackway is sure to be a highly favored piece of work amongst the children who don't know life and the adults who remember.
