US ORDERS

Orders shipping within the US are sent via UPS or USPS. Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package is in transit. 

STANDARD SHIPPING is free for US orders over $60. These orders ship with either UPS or USPS, depending on weight and destination. These packages generally arrive within 1-10 business days from the order date.

* The shipping information assumes that the products ordered are in stock. Seven Sharks is not responsible for delays in shipping that occur once the package is in transit. Packages may be delayed due to security screens for potential fraud and inclement weather.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ship with USPS Airmail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the package weight and destination. Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the destination country. As a rough guide, standard shipping generally takes approximately 5-10 business days. International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders.

Packages may also incur a customs tariff upon arrival at the destination country. These tariffs vary among countries. Seven Sharks will not be responsible for payment of these tariffs, so we ask that international customers take them into consideration prior to placing an order. Shipping charges are determined by a fixed fee plus a weight fee that changes according to the weight of the item(s) purchased.

EXPRESS SHIPPING is available with USPS Express mail. Expedited shipping generally arrives within 3-5 business days.
